Access to smart data or intelligent reports allows the user to detect and project the evolution of tasks and assets required to carry out the right tasks in the right place, at the right time, and in the right amount, being flexible and open to change.

Based on the Business Intelligence ReporTec Web, it is an environment for the exploitation and manipulation of data and files, enabling the analysis of personalised information that monitors the optimisation of assets and resources.

Customised design, generation and periodicity

The main functionality of the web module is to allow the client to interact directly with the reporting system, through the registration and management of incidents through the display of data and the management of reports. This web module has been developed for the exploitation of data by third parties, service managers or similar.

Smart data in real time

This system is associated with a higher participation rate, where your customers or employees are more likely to leave comments. With a non-invasive approach, these displays are very well accepted by the recipients and are interpreted an added value, unlike email queries or app notifications. CHECKINGplan offers survey apps, a tool that, through its integration in a fixed smart device in a public or private location, enables customer satisfaction to be measured with emoticon surveys and on-demand tasks to be registered by users, generating alerts and incidents.

This monitors the level of service fulfilment agreed in the contracts between the supplier and client. The detail of the lists includes the ideal values, the audited ones and the percentage fulfilment.

Export and report repository

The data modelling from the ReporTec Business Intelligence, included in CHECKINGplan, generates different reports, grids, OLAP cubes, and dashboards.

Data exploitation support

The web environment, accessible according to the user’s profile, manages the files to be exchanged with the client, creating summaries for the interested parties in a totally transparent way and exporting personalised records according to the client’s requirements. Files can be exported (TXT, XLS, XML, etc.) and sent by email, and integrated into other platforms.

Route viewer

It is possible to interact with routes with different layers of information providing precise data for each route, with time, place of departure and arrival, driving time, kms and speed, stops, anomalies.

Cartographic viewer

This facilitates the visualisation of outdoor assets on a map that organises milestones in the group interface and facilitates through filters the interaction between each item, with detailed cards, associated questionnaires, etc. The routes are stored to subsequently interact on the data layers of each area and differentiate them in detail.
